Our Programs

KnowledgeBeat programs are carried out by our team in Zambia. We emphasize two corre programs: KnowledgeCamps and KnowledgeScholarships. We adjust our programs and approach to meet the unique needs of each site we enter. Consideration of sites is made based on recommendations from the Ministry of Education, ZAWA, community leaders and our team members.

Each of our programs has different requirements which are discussed in more detail on the individual program pages, but our overall approach includes: a detailed needs assessment; appointing one community member as the primary lead for each deployed program; establishing effective incentives and retribution through the Ministry for Education; conducting regular site visits and performance assessment reviews.
